Here is a comprehensive checklist for home maintenance that can help you keep track of things as the spring season begins to wane and the summer season is just around the corner!

Monthly Household Maintenance and Repairs

According to the American Home Shield, there are many maintenance chores and home repairs that must be done approximately every month. Keeping track of the following helps your house function smoothly, looks great and saves money in the long run:
