We have a network of lawyers to whom we refer. Although these people may charge higher hourly rates to others, they do not have the luxury of Countrywide. The nationwide group members in the legal level receive a 25% discount on hourly and scheduled prices from these consultation lawyers. If there are cases for contingency fees, these must be given with a 10% discount from the standard contingency percentage.
Customers may be concerned that the standard fee is being deliberately inflated to cover the discount. There is no need to worry about it because nationwide is taking steps to ensure that it does not happen. A referral lawyer must submit a schedule for the fees that a person charges. We use that information to prevent a lawyer from intentionally filling out the bill.
We go one step further to protect a plan member from pricing. We checked the invoice to make sure there are no hidden costs, fees or charges. We want the information in advance so that a nationwide planning member knows in advance what they can expect when it comes to an application fee.
We are very proud to give all our plan members empathy and courtesy. We also expect that from the lawyers outside. These other attorneys must treat a nationwide referral as if that person were an established client. Our plan member should be given respect and show empathy. Every lawyer who does not want to do it for us can not expect to get any company from all over the country. it's so simple.

We insist that attorneys who receive our referrals provide the same courtesy to members across the country.
