The Worldwide Broker Network has appointed Beecher Carlson multinational practice manager Olga Collins as CEO as of April 12, succeeding Francie Starnes, who has served in that role since 2018.
Ms. Collins will continue in his current role with Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC, a unit of Brown & Brown Inc. until April 1, Beecher Carlson said in a statement on Tuesday.
Adrian Lo and Scott Swinford, vice president, will succeed her as co-chair of the multinational practice at Beecher Carlson, reported directly to Chief Operating Officer Bill Daly, said Atlanta-based brokerage.
Prior to joining Beecher Carlson in 2014, Collins was Head of Risk at United Parcel Service Inc., where she worked for 1
Ms. Collins was a corporate insurance Women to watch honoree 2019.
She has been a member of the Worldwide Broker Networks board since 2019 and is the head of the organization's young professional academy, the organization said in a

Miss. Starnes will serve as CEO emeritus until 2021, the organization said.
The independent brokerage network was founded in 1989 and has more than 100 member companies in 90 countries with a turnover of more than $ 6 billion by the end of 2020.
