Countrywide Pre-Paid Legal Services is proud of the assistance we provide to the employees of our client organizations. Our nationwide network of attorneys offers assistance in solving common legal questions that people encounter, and these legal experts always demonstrate a heightened level of emotional intelligence and empathy. However, we recognize that there are times when a plan member’s needs go beyond what we can do for them.
Certain areas of the law, such as immigration, adoption or personal injury, require special attention. Lawyers skilled in various legal niches spent a lot of time learning the nuances of their specialties. As a result, they often charge higher fees. Countrywide will not hesitate to refer a plan member outside of our network if the need arises.
Do not worry
Goes outside our network doesn’t mean going outside our rules. We expect the attorneys we refer people to to provide specific discounts for our group members. A 25% discount on hourly and schedule rates is expected, and these attorneys will provide fee cases at a 10% discount from the usual contingency percentages.
We trust these outside attorneys, but we expect accountability. We ask for a detailed fee schedule in advance to ensure members receive a reduced fee. There are no hidden costs or expenses. Those lawyers who will not meet these expectations will not work with us.
Additionally, we want those same attorneys to show the same level of courtesy and respect that we expect from attorneys in our network. Members of our class action plan must be prioritized and we expect every referral to be treated well. We recognize that we set high standards and we feel that our plan members are worth it.
We provide excellent prepaid legal services
Countrywide has been helping organizations of all sizes for over 30 years. We have a network attorney in each client organization’s community, and that person is ready to provide superior prepaid legal services. We hope that we can provide a benefit that every customer’s employee can use. We are taking steps to ensure that this happens.
We discuss with the prospective client the prepaid legal services throughout the country provide. We hope the managers have questions for us and we provide full answers. After we explain our benefits, we ask the potential customer to select the options they want for their nationwide benefit.
We understand that the organization will not choose all of our services. That’s fine with us. However, we believe that it is essential that only the services that a client’s staff need should be included in a class action plan document.
Once the selections are made, we will include these benefit options in the final plan document. In addition, Countrywide will provide streamlined administration and membership services. Finally, we want close and transparent communication with our customers.
We take a comprehensive approach
Countrywide wants to provide a comprehensive benefit and that means offering referrals if the situation requires specialist knowledge. Our benefits, such as making simple wills and consumer protection assistance, are the services most people need. Not all class action plans offer our services
We also have secondary benefits to provide. Plan members can contact a nationwide attorney with as many questions as needed about a given matter without being charged. We also allow the attorneys to write letters and make phone calls on behalf of a plan member. Reminders are sent out to the people for whom we have drawn up a simple will. Everything is done to make the use of our services as comfortable and positive as possible.
Do you want to know more about what we have available? In that case, please contact us as soon as possible. We welcome any opportunity to discuss the benefits of our group legal plan with you.
