Consumers who like to dive into a subway arc at the subway may be surprised: the tuna is actually a mysterious meat, according to a lawsuit filed this month in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
As reported by LegalNewsline.com on Tuesday, the trial claims that "" tuna "is a mixture of different mergers that do not constitute tuna, but have been mixed (with the subway) to mimic the appearance of tuna," according to the lawsuit on January 21.
Plaintiffs Karen Dhanowa and Nilima Amin allege fraud, unfair enrichment and other violations of California law, according to the legal news website.
"The defendant has committed an economic adultery by selling a food product which, in whole or in part, lacked the valuable constituents of tuna, and which had been wholly or partly replaced", the lawsuit states.
For those who want an answer, the trial does not state what "tuna" cooking really is. Catalog
