Sompo International Holdings Ltd. said it introduced a Management Assurance Policy in the United States which expands its primary professional lines of insurance for private companies to include commercial crime and cyber liability risks.
Up to $ 25 million in capacity is offered for each industry, according to a spokesman for Pembroke, the Bermuda-based insurer.
Sompo said in its statement that the new covers are in addition to the company's private company managers and officials, liability obligations, administrative responsibility and professional compensation.
Sompo said that MAP's modular format allows private companies to customize their coverage choices in a single policy tailored to their risk profile.
It said that the product, introduced in most US states, is aimed at private companies in all industries, non-profit organizations, health organizations, and professional services
Berkley Professional Liability LLC said on Tuesday it offers a primary private policy management.
