The SEC said in its statement that it provided significant analysis and ongoing assistance that resulted in millions of dollars being returned to injured investors.
The SEC said last week that it awarded three whistleblowers a total of $1
8 million for information and assistance that led to a successful enforcement action. With its latest announcement, the SEC has awarded more than $101 million since October.
