Safety National Casualty Corp. said on Tuesday that former president Duane Hercules has become CEO, successor former chairman and CEO Mark Wilhelm, who has been appointed the company’s CEO.
The appointments took effect on June 14, says Safety National in a statement.
Hercules and Wilhelm will share responsibility for Safety National’s business operations and financial results, said Safety National.
John Csik has moved into the role of CEO and is responsible for leading all insurance and reinsurance operations. Mr. Csik was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Cyndee Morton, former Vice President of Operations and Head of Innovation, has become Chief Operating Officer and Head of Innovation.
Other leadership changes include:
Former Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer Gus Aivaliotis was named Chief Underwriting Officer;
Tom Grove, former vice president and chief business development officer, became chief client officer;
Steve Divine was named CFO. Mr. Divine was previously senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Seth Smith, former Vice President Underwriting, became Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer ̵1; Insurance Guarantee;
Nick Kriegel became senior vice president of operations and chief legal officer. Mr. Kriegel was previously senior vice president and general counsel.
