The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration violated a security citation ceiling by issuing a $ 10,423 U.S. post office fine for discolored roof tiles, according to a decision by a judge in the Occupational Safety and Health Review Administrative Court. Commission which provided the quotation.
The USPS issued a citation from an object in 2019 after an OSHA inspector investigating a water leak found that the roof tiles at the Dora facility, Alabama, were reportedly "not in sanitary condition by observing water stains and discoloration."  According to court documents, there was "no evidence in the document that water stains and discoloration on the roof tiles and insulation resulted in mold or mildew" and that the inspector "did recognize the appearance of decontamination already underway on the day she inspected the facility."
