Ryan Specialty Holdings Inc. said Thursday it has combined London-based Ryan Specialty Transactional Risks International and New York-based Concord Specialty Risk into a single global transactional risk practice with 55 employees.
Ryan Transactional Risk, based in New York and London, will be led globally by four managing directors, each of whom previously headed the two executive general underwriting units.
Representations and warranties, and warranty and indemnity insurance will be led by James Montgomery, George Pearce and Rich Stansfield.
Mr. Montgomery, Mr. Pearce and Mr. Stansfield was previously a board member of Ryan Specialty Transactional Risks International.
Management of specific litigation and liability insurance, innovation and global expansion will be led by David S. De Berry, former CEO of Concord Specialty Risk.
All four will also coordinate tax insurance, supported by regional leadership and expertise.
