Specialty broker RSC Insurance Brokerage Inc., dba as Risk Strategies Co., said Thursday it had acquired Wallace Specialty Insurance Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2012, Richardson, Texas-based Wallace Specialty focuses on dental practice risk management and malpractice prevention, according to a statement, and counts more than 6,000 dentists as clients.
Offerings include professional liability, property liability and general liability, workers’ compensation, management liability and individual and group benefits.
The Wallace website lists nine employees led by founders and principals Kyle and Terri Wallace.

7; central regional manager, said in a statement that Wallace Specialty will add new specialty skills. Risk strategies serve medical professionals through their national health practice, according to the statement.RSC Insurance Brokerage Inc. is the 16th largest broker of US companies, according to the latest Business insurance ranking.
