The California Board of Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board voted unanimously Wednesday night to withdraw revisions of the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health & # 39 ;s COVID-19 emergency standard seven days after they were approved.
On June 3, the Board unanimously approved the audits of the ETS, which entered into force on December 1, 2020, following a controversial nine-hour meeting; these audits were then sent to the Office of Administrative Law for review.
