Our answer to that is that if the quality is poor then the benefit is almost useless.
Some of our additional services include an unlimited number of telephone calls on a specific question, letters written and telephone calls made on behalf of the group member. These prepaid legal services come in our favor regardless of any of the core services. We also do not hesitate to make referrals if that is what is necessary. In addition, we insist on specific discounts on any of the referral services.
The best we offer is direct help. There is a nationwide lawyer who is located in the community for all our client organizations. We encourage team members to make appointments to meet with these lawyers. It is much more than just relying on one web page.
Communication is a primary way to improve the quality of our services. Nationwide lawyers have a deep understanding of the law, but it is not enough for us. We will also recruit lawyers based on proven emotional intelligence. In other words, a nationwide lawyer must be able to listen patiently and feel empathy. We are not interested in a lawyer who can not talk one-on-one with the plan members.
Customers have the last word
None of our benefits in our group law plan is a phenomenon. We want to tailor a program to suit a given customer’s needs, which means that there will be variations between the plans. Our goal is to provide something that every employee can use. This is how we make it possible.
We work with the decision makers in the potential customer organization. We explain all our benefits in detail and point out the value each one has for the average employee. We encourage questions and answer them carefully, knowing that the more information we provide, the better the final decisions will be. Management will then decide on the prepaid legal services, which will be part of the organization’s specific plan. We incorporate them in the final document, and Countrywide will provide the customer’s plan administration and membership services. We have a transparent and open communication with all customers.
