Spring is about a fresh start and home improvements, and that's exactly what has happened to Keller-Brown. After more than a year of working remotely, we are so happy to welcome our customers and employees back to our office. Of course, it has been our main concern to provide a safe environment. Jeffrey Brown, Keller-Brown's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said: "We did our homework to improve the air quality in the office because so many viruses are transmitted. Based on the recommendations, we installed an air purification system that extracts allergens and uses UV lamps to kill viruses and bacteria. The system also draws in more fresh air to increase ventilation. "
We researched our team regarding their workplace preferences ( home or office) and balanced it with our customers' needs. Customers' choice of meeting time and place continues to be primary and we have built in a hybrid schedule that gives our team the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
Joy Keller-Brown, Chief Operations Officer, said, "We look forward to a fresh start and rebuilding of social contacts. A fresh start is not a new place, it is a new attitude, and there is something incredibly hopeful about this next phase! "
