NFP Corp said Tuesday it has hired two more former Willis Towers Watson PLC brokers.
The company states that Matthew Schott, based in Vorhees, New Jersey, joins NFP as CEO with more than 25 years of experience in management and professional responsibilities.
He will lead the NFP's management and professional responsibility activities with Tom Sheffield, according to the statement
Kevin Smith, who is based in New York, joins the Senior Vice President. He has more than 13 years of industry experience in responsibility for board members and executives, employment methods, trustees, crime, cyber and professional responsibility, said NFP.
Mr. Schott had been vice president at Willis, while Smith was head of the Southeast region for FINEX, according to their LinkedIn profiles.
The NFP said earlier this month that his most recent appointment from Willis was Matthew Hamel, as senior vice president of its complex risk management team in Canada.
