SUITELIFE Underwriting Managers, part of RSG Specialty LLC, a unit of Ryan Specialty Group LLC, said Thursday it has added franchise hotel coverage to its portfolio.
Available limits are up to $15 million per site and $50 million per policy for building, property and business interruption coverage, depending on construction type, RSG said.
General liability limits are $1 million per occurrence/$2 million general aggregate and $2 million products aggregate limit. Liquor liability limits of $1 million/$1 million are also available.
Backed by an A+ rated insurer, the program focuses primarily on 3-star full service franchised, limited service, smaller independent or boutique hotels and is available in all states except Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
An alternative market that provides coverage for distinguished inns, B&Bs, independent non-franchise hotels, hunting and fishing lodges is also available, said the Exton, Pennsylvania, head of the insurer.
