McGriff releases Aon driver



McGriff, the retail insurance unit for Truist Insurance Holdings, formerly BB&T, has hired four veteran office managers for its transportation practice, the broker said in a statement Tuesday.

Annette Nitti, senior vice president of Aurora, Illinois; Josh Thompson, CEO of Little Rock, Arkansas; Daniel Johnson, vice president of Sherwood, Arkansas; and Holly Williams, Deputy Vice President of Little Rock; joins McGriff directly from Aon PLC, according to an email from a spokesman.

They will be part of the risk management / complex program sharing in McGriff's transportation practice, the statement said.

Mrs. Ninety previously served as a leading account manager in Aon's transport practice.

Mr. Thompson previously served as CEO and broker for Aon's transportation and logistics practice, according to biographies included in the statement.

Mr. Johnson previously served as CEO of the Transportation Account.

Mrs. Williams has previously been the head office of many of the company's largest transport accounts at Aon.

McGriff's transportation practice places more than $ 400 million in premium on the transportation insurance market, the statement states. McGriff serves customers in sectors including trucks, passengers, brokers and private fleets ranging from small fleet operators to fleets with 20,000 units operating in the United States and around the world, the statement says.

Everything reports to Scott Richards, the executive director and transportation internship manager for McGriff, the spokesman said in his email.

McGriff includes McGriff Insurance Services Inc. and McGriff, Seibels & Williams Inc., and was recently reclassified as such.

Truist Insurance Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Truist Bank and recently took its new name after the parent company BB&T Corp. and SunTrust Banks Inc. merged to form Truist Financial Corp last year.
