Serve healthy meals and snacks

Teach them to avoid sharing bacteria
Children should not share spoons, cups, straws, hats, play lip gloss or anything that comes in contact with the head, mouth or face. When your children get sick, keep them at home and away from other people.
Get them outdoors for a little exercise
Children need regular exercise to get their hearts pumping, boost their immune system and boost their mood. Spending time outdoors is great for kids. Outside games help sharpen their skills and increase fitness. Children who are physically active become healthy adults.
