It is assigned to the organization that is believed to have succeeded in implementing a corporate vision that commits it to continuous innovation and transformation, to the development and management of a broad ecosystem of partners that extend beyond insurance and to capitalize on emerging technologies that improve
Nuclear Insurance Transformation : Recognizes the significant improvement of insurance guarantees, claims management or other processes to optimize pricing, fraud prevention, efficiency, product personalization, or business mobility.
Connected Insurance and Ecosystems: Showcase's innovative methods that apply new business models and scalable value propositions that allow you to do so using advanced automation, predictive or behavioral model, artificial intelligence or application of other technologies. capitalize on power in partnerships, platforms and internet of things. These multi-party innovations can extend beyond the traditional limits of the insurance industry. They can therefore be submitted to this prize by one of the participants in the collaboration.
Customer Experience: Notices innovations that significantly improve how organizations engage with their customers. Such innovations can create value, for example, by delivering seamless, personalized experiences over discrete or integrated physical and digital channels. They can also include new customer management models, artificial intelligence advisory services, or new ways to improve policyholder loyalty and satisfaction.
Insurtech: Recognizes the creation or application of innovative technology that significantly improves customer experience or develops new value sources for insurers. This category is reserved for insurance starts and spin-offs as well as technology companies targeting the insurance industry. The innovations submitted for this award must have received a stage funding. They should also be supported by a proposal for market release or have undergone successful proof of concept.
Product and service innovation: Notices innovations that significantly improve, extend or replace traditional insurance offers. They should increase profitability by serving new customer groups, addressing current policyholders in innovative ways, or breaking in on fine markets that are usually beyond the scope of traditional insurers.
Labor Transformation: Spotlights innovations that bring together people, cultures, leaders, organizational structures and new technologies to realize the potential for human-machine collaboration and transforming the workplace.
