How to send a complaint to the Maryland Insurance Administration about your denying, delaying and poorly treating insurance company Property insurance coverage Blog

The easiest way to make a complaint to the Maryland Insurance Administration is to complete an online registration form, available here: MIA Online Complaint Form .

When the application is submitted, you will receive a tracking number for future reference. If you want to talk to someone at Maryland Insurance Administration, call (410) 468-2340 or (800) 492-6116 select option 3 then option 1 Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
