How to pass a life insurance survey

When planning a life insurance survey, you will be asked about your health history, medications you are taking, and information about new medical treatment you may have received. . Take the test as soon as you can …

Adopt a healthy lifestyle:

  • Avoid processed foods that are high in sodium and sugar. They can raise your blood pressure and sugar levels.
  • Eat a balanced diet with portions of fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink plenty of water daily.
  • Consider reducing your intake of coffee, decaffeinated tea or energy drinks as too much caffeine can distort your blood test results.
  • Use alcohol in moderation.

Within 24 hours after your medical examination:

  • Get plenty of sleep the night before your examination so that you are relaxed.
  • Avoid stressful situations that can raise your blood pressure. (For example, try not to be late.)
  • Do not do a vigorous workout, otherwise your body may recover while taking the test, which will affect your results.
  • Wear light clothing with sleeves that can be easily rolled up. This will make it easier to check your blood pressure and collect a blood sample – and it may even save you a few pounds on the scale.
