Earlier this month, in our Fall 22 release, we introduced Majesco HealthCheck, a data-driven scan of the Majesco Platform’s well-being. This new capability provides insights and recommendations to understand and improve the health of our customers’ Majesco environments during the implementation and product support stages.
There are many horizontal tools available in the market today that provide health data and scans, but each is disjointed and often not tied to the root cause of the problem, making it difficult to take corrective action. With Majesco HealthCheck, our goal was to provide important quantitative measures that provide the overall health outcome for upgradeability, manageability, user experience, performance and security of Majesco environments and provide the underlying details with recommendations to improve these scores for better long-term reliability and scalability.
We built a comprehensive list of scans using best practices developed over 20+ years of implementing Majesco products. Within each of these categories, several checks are performed to ensure that the configurations or modifications of Majesco products, while functionally accurate, meet our best practices – ensuring reliable, secure and scalable operation and lowering total cost of ownership.
Much like how we track our vitals through wearables and regularly through our medical checkups, this capability provides a lot of value when integrated into the SDLC process to catch problems before they are deployed in production to avoid costly mistakes.
