On Tuesday, FM Global appointed Lyndon D. Broad as Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer and David M. Johnson Senior Vice President, Chief Client Experience Officer, as the major property / breakdown insurer continues to adapt its leadership.
Based in Johnston, Rhode Island, FM Global recently appointed the company's CEO Malcolm C. Roberts as the successor to longtime CEO Thomas Lawson.
Mr. Broad will manage the company's insurance and reinsurance functions. He was most recently chief operating officer of FM Global's Boston operations and succeeds Randall E. Hodge, who was promoted to vice president, personnel insurance operations, FM Global said in a statement on Tuesday.
Mr. Johnson will oversee customer experience, market conditions, marketing and the company's business risk consulting team. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of FM Global's Atlanta operations, succeeding George J. Plesce, who was appointed Vice President, United States, Latin America and Sales.
Both will be based in Johnston, Rhode Island, and both will report to Randy Hodge, Vice President of Personnel Insurance, according to an email from a spokesman.
Shortly after announcing the change of CEO, FM Global also made a number of senior appointments.
