On May 5, 2020, we informed customers that the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Treasury (departments) issued deadlines to help employee benefit plans, plan participants, and plan service providers affected by Covid19 outbreaks. This relief was specifically in the form of extensions of the participants' deadline that affected COBRA's continued coverage, special notification periods, claims for benefits, appeals of rejected claims and external review of certain claims. to expire February 28, 2021
