The cyber analysis company Resilience Cyber Insurance Solutions said on Wednesday that it has added two cyber insurances from Beazley PLC and Axa XL, a division of Axa SA.
San Francisco-based Resilience said Keith McGowan, former co-chair of Beazley's global high-risk cyber and tech group in Chicago, joins it as vice president.
At Beazley, McGowan established the insurer's insurance strategy for its cyber and error and omissions operations and was responsible for taking out and managing the company's most complex cyber risk investments in the United States, Resilience said in a statement.
Mr. McGowan will be based in Chicago.
Mike Shannon joins Resilience as Vice President of Axa XL in Atlanta, where he was a senior insurer in his IT and technology practice.
At Axa XL, Shannon oversaw the insurance company's cyber-market business across the southeastern region of the United States. He was previously a cyber and professional liability insurer with American International Group Inc.
Mr. Shannon will continue to be based in Atlanta.
Arceo.ai was resumed as Resilience Cyber Insurance Solutions in November and stated that it would offer insurance coverage as a program manager supported by Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions.
