Crawford & Co. announced on Tuesday that it has adopted a new organizational structure from 1 January, creating three macro-business units: loss-making, third-party management and platform solutions, and appointing new leaders for each of the units
London-based Andrew Bart will take on the new role of President of Loss Adjustment, International, while Toronto-based Pat Van Bakel has been named President of Loss Adjustment, North America, in addition to his role as President of Crawford Canada, a role he has held since 2013. Bart previously served as President, Global Technical Services .
London-based Mike Jones was named President of International TPA, Broadspire Services Inc. and New York-based Mike Hoberman take over the role of President TPA Broadspire North America following the retirement of Neil Lentine on February 5, 2021
Danielle Lisenbey previously held the role as global president of Broadspire but left in Octobe r to take over as CEO of MedRisk LLC.
Mr. Jones was most recently head of Crawford's UK and Ireland operations and current European operations. Mr. Hoberman is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Client Officer of Broadspire.
Atlanta-based Larry Thomas has been named global president of platform solutions. He most recently held the position of CEO of Crawford US Services.
The Atlanta-based claims management company also appointed a new CEO in April 2020 when Rohit Verma, who previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer, took over as President and CEO. Harsha Agadi, who is now a board member.
