Chubb Ltd. on Thursday promoted four executives in its North American financial lines division, effective immediately.
Jarrod Schlesinger, most recently vice president of public corporate governance responsibilities, was named chief operating officer, while Scott Williams was promoted to vice president, private/nonprofit practice leader and chief underwriting officer; Jennifer Riley was promoted to executive vice president, head of digital strategy and operations; and Alissa Theberge was appointed head of learning and development.
All four report to Michael Mollica, who was recently named divisional head of North America financial lines.
In his expanded role, the New York-based Mr. Schlesinger to develop the division̵7;s operational strategies in addition to his current role as leader of Chubb’s North American financial management responsibility business, Chubb said in a statement.
Mr. Williams, formerly chief underwriting officer, private/not-for-profit, adds responsibility for all aspects of the division’s private not-for-profit underwriting, including field distribution and product development. Based in New York, he also continues to lead Chubb’s financial lines private equity vertical.
Mrs. Riley, based in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, will lead digital transformation with an initial focus on private nonprofit, professional liability and cyber lines, and oversee the division’s overall digital strategy. She was most recently senior vice president, national segment and distribution leader, private not-for-profit financial lines.
Theberge, based in Simsbury, Conn., will oversee the development and execution of key training programs at all levels of Chubb’s North American financial insurance business. She was most recently assistant manager, commercial insurance, in the insurance industry.
