Chubb announces changes in leadership



Chubb Ltd. announced on Monday several changes in leadership in its North American finance division, including promoting a CFO to its third-party management company, ESIS Inc.

Leigh Anne Sherman, who has been at Whitehouse Station, New Jersey-based Chubb for 24 years, has been appointed Division President of ESIS with responsibility for managing TPA. She has previously held the position of Deputy CEO who leads private / non-profit management responsibilities within Chubb's North American financial lines.

Ms. Sherman replaces Keith Higdon, who is no longer with the insurer. She will be based in New York. She was 2017 Business Insurance Woman to Watch honoree.

Michael Mollica, New York-based Vice President, has been appointed to take over Sherman's role as Head of Private / Non-Profit Business Operations. His previous position was Head of US Financial Institutions' Business Responsibility Management.

Stephen Troiano, who has been appointed Deputy CEO, has been appointed Mollica's successor. He is based in New York.

The meetings take effect immediately.
