My bet is that everyone has a better weekend than the lawyers and others associated with McClenny Moseley and Associates.
In an extraordinary and sad move, a federal judge in Louisiana has disbarred McClenny Moseley and Associates and their attorneys and associates from practicing law. The full order is available for you to review at the attached link.

This order will have a more far-reaching effect than just Louisiana. State and federal bar rules require that any attorney disbarred in another jurisdiction report the disbarment to all other attorneys in which the attorney is licensed. These other bar associations can then investigate and initiate disciplinary proceedings if the behavior in one jurisdiction would be unethical in the other.
The wording is regrettable as it will probably damage the reputation of any lawyer. The vast majority of attorneys representing policyholders and insurance companies are ethical and simply doing the best they can for their clients with the talents and abilities God has given them. This current situation appears to be one of greed standing in the way of ethics and common sense.
