AssuredPartners Inc. said Wednesday that Randy Larsen will become CEO of the Orlando, Fla.-based brokerage effective Sept. 1, Paul Vredenburg will become CEO and COO and announced that former CEO and co-founder Jim Henderson will become executive chairman.
Currently, Mr. Larsen CEO of AssuredPartners and Mr. Vredenburg is COO and Chief Acquisitions Officer.
Mr. Henderson, who founded the private equity-backed brokerage with Thomas E. Riley in 2011, first stepped down as CEO and assumed the title of executive chairman in 2021. He returned to the top role a few months later when Mr. Riley, who had been named CEO, stepped down.
Mr. Henderson “will remain active in the company as he assumes the role of executive chairman. Mr. Henderson will also work closely with Mr. Larsen, Mr. Vredenburg and the rest of the management team,”
