Aon PLC has agreed to sell its e-discovery practice to legal and cyber service provider Technology Concepts & Design Inc.
The terms of the deal, which is expected to be completed within 30 days, were not disclosed.
According to a statement from Greensboro, North Carolina-based TCDI, the deal will include Aon’s mobile processing platform NOMA and personal health information and identification information and post-hacking support tools.
Aon “will continue to focus on solving customers’ complex cyber challenges, while establishing strong commercial relationships to deliver large-scale complementary services,” said Christian Hoffman, Aon’s global cyber leader and CEO of North America Cyber Solutions, in the statement.
Aon and TCDI will maintain a commercial relationship to support existing and future customers, the statement said.
Aon declined to comment further on the deal.
