Aon PLC has recruited former Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. broker Audrey Greening and Heather McClure, former head of risk for OU Health at the University of Oklahoma, to their national health care practice.
David Eiermann, former vice president and senior insurer at Berkley Health and formerly a broker at Aon, has also joined the practice, Aon said in a statement Monday.
Ms. Greening, based in Washington, will serve as head of healthcare brokers and lead the team of national healthcare brokers, says Aon. Greening previously served as Area Director for Gallagher. She was the managing director, health care manager at Aon from 1990 to 2009.
Ms. McClure, based in Dallas, joins Aon as chief risk adviser for his care practice. In this role, she will bring thought leadership to healthcare clients, Aon said.
Mr. Eiermann, based in Tampa, Florida, joins Aon as a senior member of the practice brokerage team.
“The healthcare sector has changed. Customers require creative risk financing solutions, supported by data and analytics, to meet their complex risks and strategic priorities, Greening said in the statement.
All three managers report to Martha Jacobs, Aon's national health care manager.
