Acrisure LLC on Tuesday announced a reorganization of its insurance brokerage leadership, naming eight executives to lead its various businesses.
The team of executives will report to Grahame Millwater, president of global insurance, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based brokerage, said in a statement.
Matthew Kirk, who joined Acrisure from Hartford Financial Services Inc. earlier this year, was named president of North America, retail.
Andy Schutt, former co-owner of the brokerage, was named head of the global insurance business, where he will lead operational management and financial reporting.
Bob Arowood, who joined Acrisure through its acquisition of Appalachian Underwriters Inc. earlier this year, was named president, North America, P&C Wholesale.
Steve Brown, who joined the company through the acquisition of Hoffman Brown Co. last year, was named head of private risk advisors.
Jason Howard, who joined Acrisure through the purchase of Beach & Associates in 2018, was named president, international.
Seth Denson, who joined the company through the acquisition of GDP Advisors LLC in 2019, was named director of employee benefits.
And Mike Natalizio, who joined Acrisure when it acquired HNI Risk Services Inc. in 2019, was named director of partner engagement and transformation.
Acrisure, which secured new private equity funding in May, is the world’s eighth-largest insurance broker, according to Business insurances latest ranking. It has grown strongly through acquisitions over the past eight years.
