Failure to avoid this avoids the nature of the insurance.
Insurance personnel must follow the insurance company's system for internal accounting, review and claims management as well as statutes and regulations introduced by insurers by state insurance departments. No action aimed at circumventing such controls, procedures, statutes and regulations should be tolerated.
When reporting to management, insurance personnel must ensure that the records reviewed and reported to management are accurate and must ensure that all business transactions are properly approved. All records and reports must accurately and accurately reflect the transactions or events to which they relate. All records and reports must fairly and accurately reflect the company's assets, liabilities, income and expenses. The company may never, with the help of insurance staff, contain records or reports that contain false or intentionally misleading records.
Insurance staff must ensure that registers and reports are accurate and ensure that no transactions are intentionally misclassified, all transactions are supported by accurate documentation and no information is withheld from the internal auditors, independent auditors, audit committee, management or the entire board.
